BEST HOLD TIME CONTEST

1st  PLACE PRIZE - $75.00
2nd PLACE PRIZE - $50.00

During each payroll week (Monday - Sunday), we are offering two "Best Hold Time" contests for all home monitors. One contest for 1-on-1 calls, the other contest for Gab calls. The winner(s) will be paid with their check or direct deposit sent the following Friday. When you call 1-888-598-5506 to log in you will hear a reminder message directing you to view your stats online after logging in, to see how you are doing in the contest.

Hold Time Contest Rules: To qualify for the 1-on-1 contest, you must service no fewer than 500 1-on-1 minutes during the week. To qualify for GAB contest, you must service no fewer than 300 GAB minutes during the week. Hold time is calculated only for calls lasting more than 38 seconds. Neither IAS nor the monitor may have terminated the monitor's contract prior to the end of the week

MONITOR OF THE WEEK CONTEST - PRIZE $50.00

All you need to do is log-in for your scheduled shifts and service all of your calls to the best of your ability. Your supervisors will do the rest! At the end of each shift, your supervisor will nominate a monitor or monitors for "Monitor of the Week." At the end of the week we will put all of the nominations in a hat, and the monitor whose name is selected wins.
